Strong Kids Club

For ages 6-11 a class designed around fun to prepare the body for weight bearing exercise using no loading and making the primary focus technique. Other aspects of fitness become the focus; endurance, coordination, balance, power, speed, agility and also working as part of a team.

Strong Teens

For ages 11-16 a class designed to prepare the body for weight bearing exercise using light loading and making the primary focus technique. Other aspects of fitness become the focus; endurance, coordination, balance, power, speed, agility and also working as part of a team.
