Strong Kids Club
For ages 6-11, a class designed around fun to prepare the body for weight-bearing exercise using no loading and making the primary focus technique. Other aspects of fitness become the focus; endurance, coordination, balance, power, speed, agility, and also working as part of a team.
Strong Teens
For ages 11-15+, a class designed to prepare the body for weight-bearing exercise using light loading and making the primary focus technique. Other aspects of fitness become the focus; endurance, coordination, balance, power, speed, agility, and also working as part of a team.

- Kids and Teens Punch Card holders & Kids and Teens Unlimited Members can register for this class.
- Registration for non-members is £8 a drop-in.
