Functional Fitness is a style of training that prepares the body for real-life movements and activities. Movements including squatting, reaching, pulling and lifting will be made easier through functional fitness training. The program produces observable results that can be measured and replicated.

No. Our program will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, you can start at United Strength. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness and move towards your goals.

All the sessions are led by trained coaches there to make sure you move safely. We also encourage new members to complete the on-ramp session and attend our range of specialists classes that break down the new movements and ensure you are doing them correctly and safely. If you listen to your coach and make time for mobility and stretching, you will stay safe.

Attending our classes, you may see a change in your body, body fat levels starting to drop and muscles starting to show, but don’t worry you’re not going to get bulky. Most drastic bodily changes will be down to nutrition which we can help you with.

No as you progress you may want to purchase some equipment to aid you in certain movements, but these are not essential. Just a pair of trainers and some appropriate workout clothes.

Membership Cancellation Policy

We ask members to give 30 days notice to cancel their membership, this can be at any point of your term and final payments will be prorated accordingly.

Membership Hold Policy

Should you need to put a membership on hold, please let us know 30 days prior to the date you need it paused. We can put your membership on hold for no longer than 3 months.
