Open Gym

Free use of the open gym area. Please book your timeslot(s) so that we can ensure everybody has enough space to get the most out of their workout! You can book multiple timeslots (if you want more than an hour, for example), and unlike classes, you are not bound to begin your session the moment your timeslot begins (if you book in for 17:00 and you turn up at 17:15, then no biggie!). However, if you change your plans and no longer need your spot, then please cancel.
