Specialist

Our specialist classes aim to breakdown the fundamentals of a specific movement/s, build from our foundation and allow time to practice our skills and challenge with a fun WOD to finish!
These movements may range from our gymnastics on the rig or rings (Kipping, TTB, Muscle Ups) or familiarise ourselves with different equipment (Pegboards, Sandbags, Yolk).
