Straight Outta United Strength is a remote functional fitness program designed to take you to the next level of your functional fitness Journey.
Designed and tested by professional athletes, our program consists of everything you will need to gain strength, improve conditioning, dial in technique, build a better physique and of course live a healthier life. Take the guesswork out of your day-to-day training and enter the gym each day with the perfect recipe to get the results you desire.
Our program is designed to run on an 8-week cycle, including 5-days of full programming, 1-day of active recovery and a full day of rest. Each cycle concludes with a test of the relevant movements from the previous cycle, with these metrics enabling us to track progress and tailor future programs to the individual athlete.
