Light Intensity Functional Exercise – Let’s get moving! 

The focus of these classes is to get the body moving whilst building and challenging our endurance; we will take on a range of body weight and lower skill movements and get comfortable with our ERGs all still benefiting from the use of free weights to maintain our day-to-day strength. We’ll finish each session with a cool down/series of stretches to maintain our mobility and keep us moving for the rest of the day ahead!
