Kids & Teens

For ages 6 to 10 (Kids) and 11 to 16 (Teens). A class designed to prepare the body for weight bearing exercise using light loading, technique and plenty of fun! Endurance, coordination, balance, power, speed and agility are all areas of focus.
Some of our classes have been affected by social distancing measures and therefore, may not be available at the moment
