Gym Rules

Rule 1

Arrive on time, be consistent, willing to learn and listen to your coach.

Rule 2

Leave the ego at the door; correct movement is always a priority, do what is best to help you and everyone else progress. 

Rule 3

Say HELLO! Introduce yourself and make everyone feel welcome.

Rule 4

Listen to the coach. They are trained and here to inform and instruct. Let them do their job.

Rule 5

Have Fun! Play hard, have a laugh and build a community. 

Rule 6

Return your weights. Help us keep the gym clean, if you use something, put it back.

Rule 7

Record your workout, for you. We want you to see your progression so get that score on BoxMate.
